Two entities, one site

Kerchhoff Marketing Agency and the Kerchhoff Impact Initiative are separate legal entities that share this website. Engaging the Agency for marketing services and donating to or engaging with KII are separate transactions, governed by the terms specific to each, set out below.

Kerchhoff Agency services

Packages and pricing shown on this site are indicative and may be adjusted per client based on scope.
A formal service agreement is entered into separately before any engagement begins.
Kerchhoff Marketing Agency does not guarantee specific business outcomes, follower counts, or revenue results from marketing services provided.
Payment terms, deliverables and revision limits are set out in the individual client service agreement, not on this website.

Kerchhoff Impact Initiative donations

Donations to KII support its programming and operations as a registered nonprofit organisation.
Donations are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.
Where applicable, tax deductibility depends on KII's Section 18A status with SARS; confirm current status before assuming a donation is tax-deductible.

Careers and the freelance roster

Submitting an application to the roster does not guarantee work or engagement.
All roster placements are on an independent contractor basis, governed by a separate written agreement per engagement.

Limitation of liability
